Cynthia Kelley
Executive Assistant
Cynthia Y. Kelley is the executive assistant to Patrick M. Killen, the litigation managing partner, and is a long-time resident of Sumter County. She holds a BA degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She has also earned 32 hours towards a master’s in criminal justice. She retired from Sumter County Sheriff’s office in May 2019 holding the rank of Captain after working for Sumter County for twenty-six years.
Cynthia is married to Frank J. Kelley, a retired United States Air Force veteran, and together they have five children within their blended family and five grandchildren. Her hobbies include spending time with family, traveling, shopping, reading, and attending Broadway shows.
She is a board member for Sumter Behavioral Health and a member of American Legion Auxiliary, Sumter Pregnancy Center, SC Chaplains Association and the Quilts of Valor. She is an Ordained Minister and an active member of Bethesda Church of God, where she serves as the Altar Ministry Director, Pastor Prayer Partner, Women’s Ministry, Mobilize, Missions Board Member, and Sunday School Teacher.
