About Our Partners
A Citadel graduate and Air Force veteran, managing partner Frank Shuler began practicing law in November 1992. During his service, Frank earned a Master of Science Administration from Central Michigan University. In 1989, he separated from the Air Force as a Captain then earned a Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1992.
Partner Patrick M. Killen is a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School and an Air Force veteran. He attended Clemson University on the GI Bill. After graduating from Clemson, Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998.
Both men are very active in the Sumter community and look forward to helping their neighbors with their legal needs.
